Everything from Fish Oil to Vitamin C carries a warning to the effect of “These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA”. You would think that over time, many of these supplements would get evaluated – at least to ensure they don’t add any unnecessary risk.

I was wondering if there were any vitamin pills that have pretty much all vitamins in one. I was looking for just one pill that had all major vitamins in it so i would not have to take very many pills.
Vitamins now come in chewable, liquid so you can swig them down, or just toss a couple in your mouth and wash them down.
What is your preference?
And do you take yours daily or whenever you think of it?
Are you sporadic in taking them?
