I like getting supplements at Trader Joe’s, they have good supplements there. I got my prenatal multi-vitamins there, which are great.
What brand do you use and where do you buy it?
I agree with post number 1 I use chia seeds, you can research them because they have more omega 3s than fish oil or flax.
