Sometimes I cannot sleep at night, but I have trouble waking up in the morning. I’ve been taking an over the counter sleeping pill (Unisom) at night. Then, in the mornings I take an Adderall to wake me up. I feel like Elvis. Am I hurting myself in the long run?
Is there more benefit to taking vitamins and supplements in the morning since you are awake all day for your body to utilize them or is it the same difference taking them at night?
