I am a 27-year-old male. I currently take the following vitamins/supplements on a daily basis (one pill per day for each):
- Men’s One a Day Multivitamin
- B Multivitamin
- Chewable Vitamin C
- Garlic
- Fish Oil
- Acidophilus
