Am I taking too many vitamins/supplements a day?

I am a 27-year-old male. I currently take the following vitamins/supplements on a daily basis (one pill per day for each):
- Men’s One a Day Multivitamin
- B Multivitamin
- Chewable Vitamin C
- Garlic
- Fish Oil
- Acidophilus
I also sprinkle Flaxseed on my oatmeal in the morning. Is there anything I should scale back on and/or [...]

Does Anyone Take Flaxseed Oil Supplements? If So What Are The Benefits?

“Does anyone take flaxseed oil supplements? if so what are the benefits?”
Obviously I am aware that they are high in omega 3 oil, but what would this benefit to me?
I have heard that they are good for the skin also? Has anyone tried these? How many would you recommend taking?
