I just recently started taking a fat burner to help me lose some weight and get to my fitness goal. However since I started taking it when I step on the scale it says that I am actually gaining weight and not losing it. I don’t understand what is going on. Is my body weight fluctuating or is it water weight or a combo of both
There are so many weight loss programs out there, it’s hard to tell which ones aren’t just in it for the money and which ones are truly effective. So, I’m curious as to how many people out there have effectively and safely lost weight and what program they are using. I’m looking for a program that’s effective, safe, doesn’t require a lot of money, and is realistic. Does such weight loss program even exist?????

I decided I don’t want to be a dietitian anymore, but I am almost done with my major in nutrition so I might as well finish it. I am also doing a minor in biology. I prefer working with animals, or psychology would be good too. Like the link between psychology and nutrition or animal nutrition. Also, can I go on to a Masters program in something other than nutrition with this major and minor?
When I look up diets.
It just tells me what kind of food they suggest and what not.
I want a strict day to day meal plan that can make me lose
weight fast.
When I can have a wide variety of different things I break the rules real fast! I want a schedule of what I eat..when I eat and
when I excerise and how.
thanks so much!
and that’s free too haha!
I am on a fairly strict, high protein low fat diet. I think it would be okay, because it has like, no calories or sugar or anything? But people tell me it will hinder progress?
I think it’s bad for you coz of chemicals and that? But would it actually affect weight loss?
How can I get started selling supplements and vitamins? I also want to learn how to make my own supplements and vitamins. Are there any good sites and forums for how to sell and how to make supplements? Or at least a good place to interact with people selling supplements? I need as much information as possible for getting started selling and making supplements. Please help me get started in the business.
Thanks
I always had a passion for it and now I am thinking of going back and getting an MBA with a concentration in Sports Business at maybe Arizona St. Anyone know the types of jobs offers I can expect despite not working in the sports business world thus far in my career. Anyone working in the industry with some advice?

Everything from Fish Oil to Vitamin C carries a warning to the effect of “These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA”. You would think that over time, many of these supplements would get evaluated – at least to ensure they don’t add any unnecessary risk.
www.inspiredthemovie.com Part of the challenge in creating this documentary, is setting some sort of standard of credibility in order to get people to actually pay attention to the things we’ve uncovered. There are so many claims in the world of weight loss and fitness, that it’s really hard for people to judge what is true and what isn’t. Most of us tend to hope that the “magical” claims are true…so we don’t have to do what we know is probably the truth. Here Tom Venuto talks a bit about diet pills. Read more from Tom at http
I have been seeing commercials for Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem. has anyone tried these? Are they really effective for losing weight with the foods you buy from them? It is so expensive but I don’t know what else to do. I need help!
