What is the best affordable fat burner pill for a 15 year old?

I am 15 and just tryin to lose some fat on my body, nothing crazy just looking to have a healthier body image, maybe 10, 15 lbs over 1 month? then id stop
just looking to trim some fat, exercise isnt the problem im a grade 9 captain of the junior football team, maybe advice for exercises to trim the midsection?

    you really dont need a pill. a good healthy diet will do the trick. please dont use a pill. its very bad for young people to extreme diet. ask your doctor if youre really obese.

    ok you could try an over the counter laxative. What it does is. It cleanses you. It is not like the regular ones. This one helps your metabolism and that is wyh you can get at a drug store or something or you could on slim fast

    try a sport or dance .. or go to a gym but its very un healthy for a 15 year old to be taking weight loss pills

    yea… just good old excersise.. lol its probably better than those pills..

    those pills probably wont be good for you… they’re for like i unno O.o peoples older… i’d rather just excersise then take the risk of a pill.. you never know what could happen?

    im 15 also and if i were you i would just exercise. its not like our bodies will always react in ways that an adult body would to things like weight loss supplements it could cause some problems…but i think slim fast or something of that sort would be fine

    DO NOT TAKE PILLS. You are 15 and can have an excellent metabolism if you exercise at lest 3 times a week and do not over eat. To be healthy take about two and a half months to lose the weight, then you will not gain it back quickly and you will be healthy.

    Don’t take those at that young of an age. I did and I lost my hair early. Do this for one month and you’ll definately see great results: Don’t drink any soda or eat any candy or cakes or sweets. Drink lots of water and eat heatlyh stuff like a subway sandwich.
    If you want to take something, go on the GNC website and try testoterone boosters, but 15 year olds aren’t allowed to purchase it. Its unhealthy but that’ll make you lose it if you do what i said with it and exercise.

    Oh, and do sit ups every single night.

    no weight loss pill should be used by a 15 year old

    if you are really serious about losing weight, just don’t eat for like 3 days
    or just skip a couple of meals

    fat burners are not the answer especially at your age. you’re young. who cares about body image. the best thing you could do is start getting into an exercise routine. watch what you eat and before you know it the weight will drop on its own and lean muscle will grow. i personally like a woman who is lean but still has muscles. muscles are what makes your legs look long and sexy, tummy flat and firm. all fat burners do is dehydrate you and gives you the appearance of losing weight. as soon as you drink or eat anything the weight comes right back.

    diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight. dont have her use pills for losing weight. Try body for life there is a book for it I lost 3 lbs a week and that was doing it half way it right and walking was the key. Eat every 4 hours during the day even if it is just a apple and dont go over board.
