Nope.
Vitamins need to be absorbed in the Small Intestine. There are two types of vitamins, Water Soluable, and Fat Soluable. When chyme(digested food) reaches the Small Inestine, the body begins to absorb all the vitamins and nutrients, they’re either directly absorbed into your blood stream, or absorbed by the lymph nodes(fat sol. vitamins A, D, E, K)
They can’t be absorbed into the nose, because they won’t reach all of the body and will be degraded by the time they reach the other parts of the body.
Check out my blog, I will be talking about vitamin consumption
Bookmark my blog and I will update the article soon, also click the links on the bloghttp://exercisesupplement.blogspot.com/
Why in the world would you want to do that? Pills work fine. And no, you cannot absorb vitamins via your lungs.
No. And it is called a bong.
EDIT!!! Looks like I passed afterall!
