Will Sleeping Pills Help Me Wake Up?

I’m having trouble getting to sleep, but more importantly, getting up on time. I over sleep reguarly, and end up missing class and work. I’ve tried alarm clocks but I somehow turn them off and then dose back off immediately.

I’m thinking about taking some OTC sleeping pills, will they help me wake up on time?

Getting up early (tired or not) makes sure you fill your day properly and are ready for bed at night. Only distractions keep you awake: computer, TV, coffee, lack of exercise.

In a round-about way, yes. As long as you take them 8 hours before you have to wake up and devote the time to sleep. You are likely oversleeping because you are tired from having trouble sleeping. When you take sleep aids, they help you rest easier and therefore you will likely be more ready to wake up in the morning.

No. I have tried them and they have a hangover where you feel out of it the first few hours in the morning.
I also didn’t like the sleep they give you. it’s more like a coma than sleep.

The people that I know in my life who seldom have any problems never take any pills for stupid reasons.
If you can’t sleep, breath air under the covers till you go to sleep.

The treasure you seek is Valerian root. It is at walmart. You need to take 2. Do this for 2-3 days and you will awake refreshed more than ever.

hmmm i guess if you took the pills as early like 10:00 pm then it wouldn’t be that hard for you to wake up the next day.
