Omega Fats as in the Omega 3?
Salmon is a great source of Omega 3 Fats. Salmon is a great meal and it absolutely great for your health.
Other Omega Fat Supplements are mainly oily fish. Flaxseed oil, walnut oil, and fish are also very good sorces of Omega 3 fat.
If you dont like fish, Salmon marinated in lemon is awesome. Salmon is the least fishy tasting, and is what my family calls “the magical food”. Haha.
