I am going to start taking the Amino acid L-arginine along with other supplements for muscle, exercise, etc. What are the benefits and side effects to be aware of. How many grams do you generally start out with for the first week. Generally i have taken half the recommended dosage with other supplements. I have heard there is other benefits then building muscle mass. Please let me know you experience with Arginine

it itself doesnt build muscle, arginine helps dialate blood vessels, which in turn more nutrients that build muscle reach the muscle faster and a higher hit of nutrients, it can be effective, but plain arginine by itself? NO!
maybe if your into plain individual things, get Arginine-AKG, Ornithine-AKG and Citrulline Malate, those 3 will help nitric oxide production,

or you can go with a blend, such as super pump 250, which has creatine and other amino acids to aid muscle growth.
