Want To Start A Weight Loss Program, Which Ones Have You Tried That Really Work?

I will be starting either Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, or NutriSystem, I would like to hear about your experiences. Thank you for your input! I will be using their food which I understand I will need to supplement. I will also be joining the YMCA so exercise will be a big part of my weight loss strategy.

    weight watchers for sure!!
    its basically not even a diet and you shed pounds easily, healthy and eating whatever you want.
    i’m actually trying to lose some extra pounds so i’m going to start back on it (:

    if u ant to lose weight guarenteed.. go buy a body bugg.. u have to have ur own computer to log in everyday but it takes all the guess work out of weight loss
    u can set it up to lose 2 lbs a week
    i lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks

    weight watchers is great. u can even have dessert. they allow u to eat anything, as long as u do it in moderation. it’s the best way to keep ur sanity and not starve urself or deprive urself of anything u really love to eat.
