well man i bought the perfect push up at walmart for 20 bucks and after the fist day i was soar and man i have to say it works the hell out of u every time u use it and even though u might not see results for a few days u will fell it and about those pills i dont think its good for u to be taking fat burning pills if ur just trying to get rid of some weight then try some cardio exercise because i think that a good weight for a teen ager
