My concentration level is so low its almost non existing.
Memory- it is really hard for me to memories things and remeber it afterwards becuase of this my self-confidence is taking a plunge
and to make me feel good I have to have other peoples approval on things i do and achive….pls help me becuase i dont know what to do??!?!?!??1

im a long time sufferer of deppression, anxiety and panic disorder. one way is to get away from all people who say they are your friends but yet they still cause you stress. like making a remark about anything thatw oule hurt you , your house not clean, your hair looks terriable today . you could stand to loose a few pounds those are not your friends, they just bring you down and make you feel worse i have learned that through many years of counciling please write me and we can exchange stories and try to help one another your friend stacy
when I was younger, I has similar problems. I started jogging every other day and doing extensive exersise, I tried Ginkoba for a couple of months.
depression could play a factor in making you irritable and not able to concentrate very well,
If you drink alot of alcohol try stopping for a few months and see what happens. otherwise there is a herb called ginko biloba which helps increase memory – I think it increases oxygen level in the blood which then sharpens your mind.
