What Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements should I take?

I am an 18 year old female and i am trying to improve my health and well-being. i have been trying to find out what kind of vitamins and supplements i should be taking with no luck. so i am looking to you people for answers. please help me. i would like a list of vitamins, minerals and supplements i should be taking. and any multi-vitamins and stuff. please and thank you.

    Hey My kind Advice is to go for all kinda vitamins or minerals in the form of natural food instead of taking medicines…
    1)Try to have one glass of milk in the morning and in the night before u go to bed..
    2) Eat DATES along with honey once in every two days.
    3) Add more greens in ur daily food…Atleast thrice a week..
